From the Kick Off Meeting to the Post Cutover Hyper-care

DISCOVERY PHASE
Typically this is done at the clients location. Taking full assessment of the factory and operations. Reviewing processes, documents and interfacing with key members of the client team. This is a minimum of two days.
KICK OFF SESSION
Post the discovery stage, OHM prepares a timeline based on a number of factors. The customer’s availability and personnel to work with OHM on the implementation process. Comprehensive KICK OFF meeting, (can be remote) assigning you a Project Manager to be the OHM point person …… We walk through the steps of the implementation. Define details and a target cutover date. The session allows the customer to see the steps of the process to help them determine their resources.
HYPER-CARE
Normally a minimum of two weeks up to 1 month (based on size and complexity of the install) OHM will have dedicated hyper-care assistance.
