CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS
Cincinnati Office – located in Blue Ash OH
Key role in working with the customer as needed.
Reps can grow into various parts of the company support.
The day to day updates, tracking and management of the ticket system. Ensuring proper receipt and update of any new or existing/ongoing issues.
Ability to assess, review and reply appropriately to customers.
Getting details and answers to update the client.
Follow up on tickets pending response.
From these task, a customer rep can work on the actual application. Answering questions, training, providing training documentation, diagrams or assistance.
Key role in working with the customer as needed.

APPLICATION SUPPORT
Cincinnati Office – located in Blue Ash OH
This position works directly with the technical team and the customers.
This person will do testing of new programs or updates and fixes.
Documentation of new processes
Work with the customer to address needs and request.
Test what the customer is reporting or requesting.
Relay the details in the ticket and work with programmers and technical staff.
Once the technical personnel deliver a response the Application Support person, will test to completion than deliver to the client.
They will train or assist the client with the updates.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST

Due to the type of invoicing which consist of licensing, third party products, cloud services, programming, customization, annual warrant programs and more., this individual needs to have a strong understanding of basic accounting practices.Needs to be very analytical
Minimum 2 years similar experience in an accounting process similar to what is noted.
Very detailed oriented.

An all around strong individual for working with internal and customer requirements for hardware – servers, cloud implementation, bar code equipment, RF equipment/scanners. Security, networking. Debugging, troubleshooting.When you don’t know something you need to know how to find the answers.
Excellent communication skills oral and written.
General IT experience
Work with other 3rd party items such as company phone systems, sonic wall and other security software.
Keep up on Microsoft and browser updates and settings.
Requires minimum 3 years experience and prefer to include a minimum of 2 year degree in the same field.
